Salat mit Spinat, Ziegenkäse und Bacon

Zubereitungszeit: 15 Minuten   |  Schwierigkeit: einfach   |  Kosten pro Portion: ca. 4,95 €
Diesem Salat kann keiner widerstehen!
Zutaten für 4 Personen:
  • 300 g Baby Spinat
  • 12 Ziegenkäse Taler
  • 12 Bacon Streifen
  • 200 g Blaubeeren
  • 400 g bunte Tomaten
  • 50 g Walnüsse
  • 3 Zweige Thymian
  • 10 EL Olivenöl
  • 4 EL Balsamico Essig
  • 4 EL flüssiger Honig
  • Crema di Balsamico
  • Salz und Pfeffer
Zubereitung:

Die Walnüsse grob hacken und in einer Pfanne ohne Fett kurz rösten.

Die Ziegenkäse Taler mit je einer Scheibe Bacon umwickeln und mit der Hälfte vom frischem Thymian bestreuen. In einer Pfanne etwas Öl erhitzen und den Ziegenkäse kurz von beiden Seiten braten. Der Bacon sollte leicht knusprig, aber der Käse noch nicht geschmolzen sein.

Den Spinat waschen und trocken schütteln. Die Tomaten waschen, trocken tupfen und in Scheiben schneiden.

Für das Dressing Olivenöl, Balsamico Essig, Honig, die restlichen Thymianblättchen, Salz und Pfeffer verrühren. Den Spinat damit anmachen.

Den Spinat auf die Teller verteilen. Die Tomatenscheiben und den warmen Ziegenkäse im Bacon darauf legen. Mit Walnüssen und Blaubeeren bestreuen. Mit ein paar Tropfen Crema di Balsamico dekorieren.
