Bauernbrote mit Feta, Tomaten und frischen Kräutern

Zubereitungszeit: 20 Minuten   |  Schwierigkeit: einfach   |  Kosten pro Portion: ca. 2,50 €
Mein liebstes Sommerfrühstück!
Zutaten für 4 Personen:
  • 8 Scheiben Bauern Brot
  • 400 g Feta
  • 300 g kleine, bunte Tomaten
  • 4 Zweige frische Minze
  • 4 Zweige frischer Dill
  • 4 EL Olivenöl
  • 4 EL Crema di Balsamico
  • Salz und Pfeffer
Zubereitung:

Den Feta in Scheiben schneiden. Die Tomaten waschen, trocknen und halbieren oder vierteln. Dill und Minze waschen, trocken schütteln und abzupfen.

Die Bauerbrot Scheiben halbieren. In einer großen Pfanne die Hälfte des Olivenöls erhitzen und die Brote darin von beiden Seiten rösten bis sie goldgelb sind.

Die noch warmen Brote mit Feta Scheiben und den Tomaten belegen. Mit dem restlichen Olivenöl beträufeln und mit Minze und Dill dekorieren. Mit Salz, Pfeffer und Crema di Balsamico würzen.
